Renamed the wedding vertical to theandco everywhere it lived: app paths, package names, Dockerfile, env vars, the WEDDING_CATALOG constant, the portal split into separate marketing and dashboard apps. The kind of rename that's mostly find-and-replace until it isn't, and then it's Railway config and Prisma client paths. Alongside that, shipped emergent design categories (LLM files renders into sections, couple can curate, with create/rename/merge/delete/move routes and a Design gallery component), gave the negotiator a structured quote amount so we stop regex-parsing prose, taught the vendor reply resolver to log a "heard back" event and advance status to negotiating, and stood up Better Auth on the wedding API with the Expo plugin so the mobile app can sign in directly. Also pulled the concierge mock heuristics out of prod code and replaced scattered slice(0, N) truncations with a named helper.
