Dumped two planning docs into heeler for the Grazer module: a 96-task breakdown with dependencies and phases, and a companion file of copy-paste prompts for parallel Claude Code sessions organized into waves with explicit file ownership rules. Also folded in the multi-market regulatory research from the earlier PR. No code yet, just the scaffolding for how the scaffolding gets built, which is either disciplined or a sign I am procrastinating with extreme structure.
