Added a railway.toml and taught the backend Dockerfile to fall back to constructing DATABASE_URL only when Railway hasn't already provided one. Also stopped the iOS APIService from printing entire response bodies to the console on every successful request, now it just logs the size and only in DEBUG builds. The second commit message says "ai assisted trip planning" but the diff is entirely deploy plumbing and a log tweak, so either I mislabeled it or the actual trip planning work is still sitting uncommitted somewhere.
