Built out the ActiveSkiingView, a bottom sheet that takes over the map while a session is recording with pause/resume in the middle, nearby and party cards on the sides, and a stats row that expands into larger cards. Added a one-second timer in SessionStatsService so the elapsed minutes actually tick instead of waiting for the next activity change to nudge them. Also dropped in a small DebugActivityWidget for watching speed, altitude, accuracy and detection confidence in the field. Commit messages claim better skiing detection but the diff is mostly the UI around it.
