Ripped out the entire crews domain and replaced it with a friends model closer to how Slopes does it. Parties are now just day-of coordination groups with no persistent roster, friendships are two rows per pair, and invites are shareable links. Also stood up an activities module that groups location and activity history into sessions with runs, distance, and elevation loss, plus a cron controller behind a shared-secret guard for nightly cleanup. The bigger nearby radius and the less twitchy activity tracking should make the bottom sheet feel less like it's gaslighting you about who's on the mountain.
