Wired up Auth0 with Apple, Google, and email paths, plus the entitlements and URL scheme plumbing that always takes longer than it should. The welcome screen now zooms the mountain up into a signup sheet, and onboarding got rebuilt as an animated crew converging on a rally point with ETA countdowns. There is a developer flag that auto-authenticates so I can stop logging in fifty times an hour while iterating on the onboarding animation. The splash view fills a blue slope from the bottom as it loads, which is the kind of detail that probably no user will notice but it makes me happy.
