Big merge day. The complete-refactor branch landed, moving the app onto tRPC with a real backend layer, and the dashboard, tickets, and stockyard settings all got reworked to call queries through it. New signup and signin pages went in alongside that, and a separate PR patched React Server Components CVE vulnerabilities and the next build that was failing because of it. Most of the diff noise is Prettier rewrapping everything to double quotes and semicolons, which makes the review feel larger than the actual logic changes are.
