Spent the day fighting the Railway GitHub Action until it agreed to deploy all three services. Tried passing --project directly, then settled on RAILWAY_PROJECT_ID via env on each step, plus a less clever worker-creation block that tolerates the service already existing. Also landed CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md so future agents stop guessing at the monorepo layout, and switched the local postgres user to supabase_admin to match the hosted setup. Ten commits, most of them the same workflow file being poked with a stick.
