Day one on SavvyAI. Stood up the monorepo with a Next.js web app and a FastAPI backend, wired up Docker, Supabase Postgres, Alembic migrations, and a SQLite path for tests. Got auth working end to end with register/login UI and unit tests, then spent a meaningful chunk of the day fighting GitHub Actions and Railway until CI and the deploy workflow actually ran clean. Also expanded the architecture and implementation plan with a full regulatory data pipeline phase covering FAA registry, Federal Register, DRS, and the various OEM scrapers, which is the part that will actually be hard.
